The large windows of the elegant Michelin-starred restaurant frame the fishing boats that glide silently on the waves. As you enter The Cesar, you breathe the enchanting and enchanted charm of a splendid house on the sea, which has been modernised with taste and respect. The classic and contemporary are skilfully combined in both furnishings and recipes. Our chef transforms traditional dishes into modern creations that thrill both the eye and the palate. The dining room, with its high vaulted ceilings, large windows trimmed with soft white curtains, subtle lighting and candle-lit tables is pleasant when the spring or autumn air is chilly. And in summertime, the restaurant, with its one Michelin star and two Gambero Rosso forks, moves outdoors onto the terrace, where the tables are shaded by white parasols. Enjoy a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner, seated comfortably as you enjoy the view of the sea and Castello Odescalchi (Odescalchi Castle). The restaurant is also open to customers not staying at the hotel, so that they too can enjoy a relaxing break, and sample the hotel’s delicious cuisine.

From April 4th the restaurant will be open from Friday evening to Sunday at lunch; from April 17th the restaurant will be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
