Lovers of Italian food should not pass up the chance to  watch a morning’s cooking demonstration with Chef Michele Gioia and
his talented staff. A maximum of 4 guests per day will be able to choose ingredients from the hotel's vegetable
garden and spend a few hours learning professional secrets while preparing a favourite
dish chosen from the menu.
For guests not staying at the hotel, cooking demonstrations can be organized in the outdoor gazebo for a maximum of
12 people.
